Hi Mrs. Donofrio,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Christmas was great and all. I got three watches, ( because I’m always late and that runs in the family) a beautiful gold shiny dress, socks, and a new phone case. Then a few days later we had a party at my Uncle’s house. There were little kids running around hacking and coughing it was complete chaos. The next morning I woke up and was sick. When one person gets sick in my family everyone gets sick. One year my baby cousin got the flue and she took out 24 of us. ( that was a crazy year) Now I am a little sick but not to bad. I hope you had a healthy and happy Christmas!
Love, Blythe
Hi Blythe,
I’m glad you hear that you had a nice Christmas, albeit a mildly sick one. Were you in Kentucky this year? I will make sure to see your watches when you return to school next week. I hope you feel strong and healthy as we finish up the vacation; enjoy the last few days with your family.

Hello,
I love that saying from the book,A Christmas Carol. We read that book in our class and went to go see the play in Atlanta. I also like your class blog.
Sincerely,

Thank you, Samuel. How lucky for you to see A Christmas Carol on stage! Did you find the play very different from the book?
